Terms of service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of CodeArmor AI products and services. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.

The service

CodeArmor provides automated security and architecture audits of software repositories and, where enabled, proposes code changes through pull requests. Findings are recommendations; you remain responsible for reviewing and merging changes.

We may update the service over time. Material changes to paid features will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to grant us access to any repository you connect, and you are responsible for the accounts and credentials used to do so.

You agree not to use the service to attack systems you do not own, to circumvent usage limits, or to reverse engineer the service.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed per developer per month, monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form.

We may suspend access for accounts more than 30 days past due after reasonable notice.

Confidentiality and data

Your source code and findings are your confidential information. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and data processing addendum.

You retain all rights to your code, including changes proposed by the service once you merge them.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as described in our documentation. We do not warrant that it will identify every vulnerability or that proposed changes are free of defects.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from workspace settings. We may terminate for material breach after 30 days written notice if the breach is not cured.

On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
